These Terms of Service govern your use of the PallasTrade Store storefront, marketplace and Wholesale Portal. By browsing the storefront, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
We describe products as accurately as we can, but images, colours and specifications may differ slightly from the delivered item. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable sales tax where required. We may change prices and availability at any time before your order is accepted, and obvious pricing or description errors do not bind us.
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but the contract is formed only when we accept the order, normally when it is dispatched. If we cannot accept an order – for example because an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud – we cancel it and refund any amount already paid.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We may carry out authorisation checks and hold an order for manual review.
Some products are sold and shipped by third-party sellers. In those cases the seller is responsible for the accuracy of its listing and for fulfilling the order; we provide the marketplace, process payment and act as your point of contact. Wholesale customers are additionally bound by the pricing, minimum-quantity and payment terms agreed when their trade account is opened.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address. Our Shipping Policy sets out processing times, carriers and international orders.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
All content on this storefront – text, images, logos, software and data – belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission.
You agree not to use the storefront unlawfully; not to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload our systems; not to post false, defamatory or infringing content in reviews; and not to place orders in bad faith or to resell goods bought through the consumer storefront as a trade customer.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently or repeatedly abuses our returns process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, and disputes may be brought before its courts. Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top; the terms in force when you placed your order govern that order.
